We wanted to take a moment to speak with you directly about something that has been affecting us behind the scenes.
Over the past weeks months, we have been experiencing ongoing technical difficulties with our streaming service and online audiobook shop. These have taken the form of repeated, persistent cyber attacks that have disrupted our ability to provide the reliable, secure experience that you deserve.
We have been working tirelessly to address these issues. We have strengthened our defences. We have sought expert advice. We have dedicated countless hours to protecting what we built.
But we want to be honest with you: we are still facing challenges.
What We Are Doing
We are not giving up.
We are continuing to work on solutions. We are exploring every possible avenue to restore and secure our digital services. We are doing everything we can to ensure that the stories you love remain accessible and safe.
This is not a situation we wanted to be in. It is not a situation we anticipated. But we are committed to seeing it through.
We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this difficult period. We know how much these stories mean to you, and they mean just as much to us.
